Access by owners - Access information regarding your community

From here, owners may consult information regarding their Community and carry out several tasks, within the following sections:

Information on your Community: The horizontal division, Statutes if they exist, multirisk insurance policies, and current maintenance (lifts, sewage system, cleaning, etc.), employee work contracts if applicable, etc.

Bulletin Board: Updated information on recent steps taken in matters of general importance, such as follow-up on works or notice of an Annual General Meeting. The telephone numbers of the maintenance services contracted and the professionals from different fields who normally work for the Community (locksmiths, plumbers, electricians, water companies, builders, etc.).

Personal information: You can change your personal information and the passwords assigned by your Property Manager.

Request certification: That your Community assessment fees were paid on time in the event of the sale of your home or any other certificate you may need.

Financial information: Information provided quarterly by your property manager, including a balance sheet, statement of period expenses, and a list of those owners with outstanding debts.

Information requests: Request specific information on personal or general Community matters. You will be answered in writing as soon as possible.

Change in direct debit orders: Notification of corrected data with respect to the bank account from which Community assessment fees are periodically collected.

Meeting room for owners: From here you can attend a chat or online meetings with your President or Governing Boards.

Likewise, we inform you of recent news and developments , such as: monographic studies, current legislation, press releases, recent law reports and a legal-technical library.
