The most important is to know which type of property you want to buy.

There are many different types of properties (flats, apartments, chalets, detached houses,.) in different zones (town centre, residential districts, outskirts, suburbs, tourist zones, etc.) which respond on different necessities.

Perhaps to a family with small children agrees a villa, with space to play. To the major people perhaps a floor in downtown, from where they are able to go to the cinema or the theatre with facility, a young person who lives single could desire an apartment in a zone of the city with "much march", etc...

Another key aspect to consider is if you want a used or new property, or if you want you can even promote the construction yourself. In this last case although the proceedings are a little more complexes, don't discourage yourself: the important thing is that you are satisfied with your election.

Remember: Know clearly what you want before initiating the purchase process, considering your necessities and your tastes will avoid to you to spend long time and money.
