Legal advice	Free legal advice in all matters relating to Horizontal Property Law, unpaid invoices; construction defects, Board decisions and claims between neighbours.
Claims and repairs	All problems arising from the periodic inspections or reported by one of the owners ,will be handled through an advanced software system which makes a report, assigns a reference number and monitors the process.
Meeting of owners	Calling of meetings, conducting and minuting of ordinary and extra-ordinary meetings. Prompt implementation and/or enforcement of all agreements.
Control services	ACOFINCA checks and verifies compliance with the terms agreed with the various maintenance contractors (Cleaning, lifts, pumps ,etc.).
Annual Account	The annual review of the accounts to be made comprehensive and totally transparent, with the objective to make them clear and understandable.
